My approach incorporates Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Insight, Transactional Analysis and Mindfulness.
The counselling relationship provides a regular time and a safe space for you to explore and understand your thoughts, feelings and behaviour and to develop your own ability to respond differently. The knowledge, explanations and any interventions used during counselling sessions will be based on scientific research.
The counselling relationship is all about you, with my help, finding new paths towards wholeness in life.
I take an integrative approach to counselling which means that I can adapt my therapeutic approach to meet the specific needs and requirements of each person.
