MY APPROACH
My approach integrates Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Insight, Transactional Analysis and Mindfulness. Any intervention used during the counselling sessions will be derived from my years of experience, training, and ongoing personal development.

The therapeutic relationship provides a regular time and a safe space for you to explore and understand your thoughts, feelings and behaviour in order to develop your own ability to respond differently.
The counselling relationship is all about you, with my help, finding new paths towards contentment and wholeness in life.
