My Approach

I take an integrative approach to counselling which means that I can adapt my therapeutic approach to meet the specific needs and requirements of each person.

My approach integrates Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic therapy and Mindfulness. Any intervention used during the counselling sessions will be derived from my years of experience, training, and continual personal development.

Counselling offers a safe and confidential space for you to focus on yourself.

Together we will form a therapeutic relationship where my sole agenda is to empower you to choose the path which will help you flourish and be the best version of yourself.

The counselling process provides a regular, dedicated and safe space for you to understand your thoughts, feelings and behaviour to discover what is causing you to feel dissatisfied with life.
